✨ New: Added duplicate handling information banner
A new persistent information banner now appears at the top of all widget preview sections. This banner clearly explains that duplicate reviews are automatically excluded from display and from all review count and score calculations, helping you understand and trust the accuracy of the widget's content.
Transparency first: The widget hides duplicate reviews and excludes them from calculations. This ensures guests always see accurate, trustworthy information.

🚀 New Release: Quarterly Insights in AI Sentiment Analytics
We've enhanced our sentiment analysis with quarterly summaries per property. Instead of generating just one overall summary, you now have complete control over your sentiment analysis timeline with 3-month period breakdowns. Track how guest feedback evolves quarter by quarter, identify seasonal trends, and make more informed decisions with granular, actionable insights throughout the year.

🔧 Fixed: Global rating now aligns with OTA filter selection
The global rating and review count in the Reviews section now accurately reflect the selected OTA filter. Previously, when filtering by a specific channel (e.g., Airbnb), the global metrics on the left didn't match the filtered data shown on the right. This has been resolved to provide a consistent and accurate view of your ratings per channel.
Global rating:

Filtered rating:

We’ve just lifted the 60-day time limit that previously applied to AI-generated responses for Airbnb reviews. Until now, our system could only suggest AI replies for reviews received within the past 60 days.
From now on, you can generate AI responses for any Airbnb review, regardless of how old it is. This gives you much more flexibility, especially in cases where Airbnb still allows you to respond to reviews older than 60 days.
This update is part of our ongoing effort to make review management easier, more powerful, and fully under your control.

You can now
fully hide specific booking channels
from the widget configuration. This means the excluded channels won’t just remove their reviews — their ratings will also be excluded from the overall score calculation.A great way to offer more control and customization!

We’ve fixed an inconsistency in the way overall ratings were displayed. Previously, the average ratings shown didn’t update when filters were applied. Now, ratings dynamically reflect the filtered set of reviews—providing a more accurate and relevant summary.

Improved Widget Compatibility
You can now choose whether to consider
URL parameters
when loading a widget. This is especially useful for older websites. A new switch in the widget settings allows you to toggle this behavior easily. With this setting enabled, you can display different widgets depending on the parameters:
www.example.com/page (global widget)
www.example.com/page?villa=1 (property widget 1)
www.example.com/page?villa=2 (property widget 2)
With this setting disabled, parameters are ignored.
www.example.com/page (global widget)
www.example.com/page?villa=1 (global widget)
www.example.com/page?villa=2 (global widget)
