We’ve just released a new feature that allows you to create and manage custom Property Groups within your account.
With Property Groups, you can easily organize your properties into logical collections that match your own business criteria — some ideas: Sarah’s portfolio, Beach, Pool, Special offers, Pet-friendly, Barcelona... etc
This feature is especially useful for large accounts managing extensive portfolios.
You can now:
- Select one or multiple properties
- Create a group name and assign it instantly
- Select one or more groups and assign them to several properties.
- Filter your property list by group for easier navigation and management
This is Phase 1 of the Property Groups rollout.
Future updates will include:
- The ability to import properties with pre-assigned groups via file
- The option to use groups in other sections, such as Widgets and Sentiment Analytics
