As a paying customer I want to promote my own brand, not the logo of revyoos in my review forms.

Please offer more options to filter how widgets show reviews. Also customize the type and style of reviews. Just look at your competitors who offer the following: Rating filter (e.g. only show reviews with ≥ 4 stars) Review length filter (min/max characters) Tag-based filtering Manual review selection Limit total number of displayed reviews Sort order options (latest, best, random) Language filter for reviews Automatic translation of reviews into widget language (e.g. via Google Translate) Customizable font and color scheme Auto dark mode based on user OS Hover animations Control over card layout (padding, borders, star size, text alignment, etc.) Option to show: Reviewer profile images Attached review photos Review replies AI Summary of recent reviews Lazy load (load widget only when visible) Delay load (load on interaction to improve PageSpeed score) Rich snippet type configuration Platform/source filter (e.g. Google, Booking, Tripadvisor) Platform animation (switching between sources) Custom header/footer Custom favicon

There needs to be an option to permanently implement a branding kit (logo, colors, fonts) and then use it for all created designs and widgets accordingly. This is a basic feature if you look at services like Canva, Squarespace etc.

One product feature request I'd like to see is the ability for multiple users to have separate logins to the same Revyoos account. Right now our small 3 person team has to share a login and it's annoying when one of us changes the password. It would be great if additional users could be added into the same account

we want to search for how many people are complaining about "tea towels" - but cant find this as we dont have key word search or abolity to create tags.

I usually duplicate properties in Guesty for new units and the names coming in don't tell enough for me to rename - maybe have guesty property id on each page so I can find the correct property.

Would like to be emailed if someone leaves a <4 star review so we can take appropriate action.

Like Airbnb the guest has a set time to review the property once a review request is sent out - eg 1 week. Current system has it open ended, so if problems (eg damage deposit has to be deducted) less likely for guests to be able to leave a vindictive review. Also encourages guests to review quickly (eg “please note the review link is only active for 48hrs - so please leave a review asap!”)

To monitor guest scores for cleaning quality, we need a mechanism to link the cleaning team member who did the previous checkout clean with the next review for a stay at a property. This will allow us to incentivise the team on monthly quality performance and monitor our team's strongest and weakest members.
