Feature Requests

I usually duplicate properties in Guesty for new units and the names coming in don't tell enough for me to rename - maybe have guesty property id on each page so I can find the correct property.

One product feature request I'd like to see is the ability for multiple users to have separate logins to the same Revyoos account. Right now our small 3 person team has to share a login and it's annoying when one of us changes the password. It would be great if additional users could be added into the same account

Would like to be emailed if someone leaves a <4 star review so we can take appropriate action.

When including the date on reviews, it defaults to dd/mm/yyyy. I would like to see the option added to display the date as Jan 01, 2025 and 01 Jan 2025 and 01/01/2025 (mm/dd/yyyy). Thanks for your consideration!

Like Airbnb the guest has a set time to review the property once a review request is sent out - eg 1 week. Current system has it open ended, so if problems (eg damage deposit has to be deducted) less likely for guests to be able to leave a vindictive review. Also encourages guests to review quickly (eg “please note the review link is only active for 48hrs - so please leave a review asap!”)

we want to search for how many people are complaining about "tea towels" - but cant find this as we dont have key word search or abolity to create tags.

To monitor guest scores for cleaning quality, we need a mechanism to link the cleaning team member who did the previous checkout clean with the next review for a stay at a property. This will allow us to incentivise the team on monthly quality performance and monitor our team's strongest and weakest members.
